New legislation coming into force on 1st October 2007 will see an increase in temporary workers holiday pay from 20 days per annum to 24 days per annum.
This is designed to allow temporary workers to compensate for bank holidays in line with permanent employees.
The new entitlement will be automatically adjusted fro our existing candidates and will continue to be calculated based on average hours worked over the previous 13 weeks.
In addition, National Minimum wage also increases from £5.35 per hour to £5.52 per hour ......
